I’ve always wanted to go to the swapmeet at Tuttle and Ringling in Sarasota. I’ve seen the signs but have never made it. So last weekend I made it finally! They meet at the fairgrounds and set up their booths right next to their cars in most instances. I am not sure if it is first come first serve or if they sell space–but there was a large variety of vendors.
They sell prepared foods, vegetables, honey, clothes, knickknacks, tools, movies, pottery, toys, etc.. I think there was something for everyone there. The prices were more than reasonable and the vendors were all friendly. I even ran into an old friend who was selling there–so you never know who you might meet. Check it out!
